Responsible for delivering aggressive revenue targets in assigned region through key sales activities.
The Regional Manager will be a champion in maintaining customer relationships, new business development, product introduction, and business maintenance through direct actions and through reporting team.
The role works with end users, channel partners and strategic accounts.
The Regional Manager consults with the Channel Director or VP in the creation and execution of Sales strategies and forecasts for the assigned region.
Assesses skill, effort, and effectiveness among team members and employs corrective / supportive activities as required.
Ensures and supports use of effective sales techniques throughout the team.
MBA desirable.
While performing the duties of this job, you regularly will be required to talk and hear.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift company products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
