The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully placing senior‑level executives and demonstrate a deep understanding of the insurance landscape. With 7+ years of experience, you will leverage your established network and expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Executive Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, expanding our client base and revenue.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to identify and attract top‑tier executive talent.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the insurance sector.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit for client organizations.

Qualifications
