Job summary
A pharmaceutical data solutions company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in clinical trials and pharmaceutical data environments. This role involves designing data pipelines, integrating systems, and supporting analytics in regulated settings. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong AWS and data manipulation skills. This position is remote with a focus on nearshore collaboration in LATAM.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer in pharma or clinical trials.
- Strong familiarity with CTMS, EDC, eTMF systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS tools and data standards.

🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Data Engineer – Clinical Trials (Pharma) 🚨
🌎 Remote | Nearshore | LATAM
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer with hands‑on experience in clinical trials and pharmaceutical data environments to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is a domain‑specific role — strong cloud skills are required, but clinical trial experience is mandatory.
- Designing and maintaining data pipelines for clinical trial data
- Integrating data from CTMS, EDC, and eTMF systems
- Supporting analytics and reporting in regulated (GxP) environments
- Collaborating with clinical operations, biostatistics, and IT teams
- âś… 5+ years as a Data Engineer
- âś… Experience in pharma / clinical trials (this is a must)
- ✅ Hands‑on with CTMS, EDC, eTMF
- âś… Strong AWS experience (Glue, Airflow, Athena, EMR)
- âś… Databricks / Spark , SQL, Python
- âś… Familiarity with CDISC / SDTM and regulated data standards
