• Build andmaintainpartner-facing and internal apps using React (SPA/SSR), TypeScript, and amonorepomanaged with Nx.
• Design scalable Node.js services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrating with data platforms and third-party systems.
• Ship on Azure (e.g., App Service/Functions, Container Apps/AKS, Storage, SQL/Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Service Bus/Event Grid); automate with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Use Python for data processing, analytics jobs, and ML/AI integrationwherehelpful.
• Incorporate AI responsibly (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, classification, copilots) to improve productivity and outcomes for public-sector users.
• Champion security, privacy, accessibility, observability, and test automation.
• Collaborate with consultants and measurement & evaluation specialists to translate theories of change and delivery routines into product features and dashboards.

• 3+ years building production web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong React fundamentals (state management, hooks, performance) and experience with Nx monorepos.
• Experience deploying to Azure and operating cloud services (monitoring, scaling, security).
• Proficiencywith Python for data/automation tasks.
• Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools or frameworks in real products.
• Excellent verbal and written communicationabilitiesin English.
• Authorization + location requirements : Must be based in and have work authorization in Peruor Brazil.
