Field Technical Manager – Latvia f/m/d)

How You’ll Help Us Grow?

• Close liaison with Business and Technical Support Expert Baltics and Sales Manager Baltics
• Development of product technical positioning within Latvia
• Organization of feedback process with Customers. Processing and analysis of the collected information on improvement of products and services of the Company. Development of a proposal to improve the quality of services. Analysis of methods of consideration and satisfaction of Customer claims and complaints, and ensuring an appropriate system of control of customer complaints
• Providing end users and distributors with technical support about the Company Product, and customers with sufficient information about NUFARM products
• Work on the creation of basic technical information of products for their promotion on the market - preparation of technical content for all types of marketing communications, including printed and electronic materials (catalog, brochures, leaflets, presentations, official Nufarm website, etc.)
• Organization of demo trials of company new and existing products
• Organizing of trainings on new and existing products for customers
• Preparation of reports on product t rials .
• Consolidation and analysis of research results
• Cooperation with foreign technical experts of the Employer, participation in crop teams

Could This Be You?

Mandatory:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar position
• Technical background, with experience in agriculture
• Higher agricultural, economic or related education
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Native Lithuanian language knowledge
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Results driven with strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in team and in an international environment
• Proactivity and stress-resistance
• Agrochemical (or affiliated e.g. pharmaceutical, life-science) experience
