A global beverage company is seeking a Van Sales Supervisor in Dubai. The role involves leading a team of Van Sales Representatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in the van sales field, especially in FMCG or beverages, and possess a valid UAE driving license. Our client, a global beverage company, is looking to hire a Van Sales Supervisor or Van Sales Manager based in Dubai, managing the Traditional Trade & HoReCa clients. Budget 15K–20K+ Benefits. We have multiple positions; the same role applies to Abu Dhabi.
Note: Only candidates managing a team of Van Sales Reps (15–20), with a leading brand will be shortlisted for this role.
Job purpose: The Van Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Van Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets across assigned territories. This role ensures strong retail execution, optimal route coverage, customer satisfaction, and high visibility of the product portfolio in Traditional Trade.
The Supervisor plays a key role in expanding the brand's footprint by driving market penetration, securing new retail accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring “BRAND” products are well-positioned and visible at the point of sale in alignment with brand guidelines.
