- Designing unique confectionary creations;
- Planning menus based on seasonal availability;
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen;
- Ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly;
- Controlling stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary;
- Working closely with the head chef to ensure successful completion of all orders.
