Chat Operator (No English Required/Students Welcome) - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chat Operator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to think quickly and solve problems efficiently. Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those with Indian experience, and no English language proficiency is required. Students are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries over chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate solutions to customer inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner, monitoring all chat conversations and escalating critical issues in a timely manner, maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, and providing feedback on customer satisfaction.
  • They may also be required to participate in other duties as assigned by the team leader or management.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate must have outstanding written communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
