Job summary

A design consultancy in Dubai is in search of a Design Architect. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in architectural design, from Pre-Concept to Principle stages. Responsibilities include preparing design deliverables and participating in design workshops. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software is essential. Experience in Middle Eastern markets is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in architectural design from Pre-Concept & Principle stages.
• Ability to work with senior architects and report to the Style Director.
• Experience in Middle East markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

Overview

Design Architect (Medio Oriente). We are looking for talented designers who are passionate about design and driven by creative thinking, with 8 years of experience in designing a task from the beginning of Pre-Concept & Principle. The position is available to sign up with right away. He/she will be reporting to Style Director.

Required Software

Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, VRay, Lumion, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prep work of building style deliverables.
• Participates in synchronization meetings and design workshops as required.
• Other obligations and tasks as might be needed, designated and/or advised by the supervising or senior staff.

Qualifications / Experience

• 8 years of experience in architectural design from Pre-Concept & Principle stages.
• Ability to work with the reporting structure to Style Director and senior architects.
• Experience working in Middle East markets is desirable.
