Pastry Chef job vacancy in Dubai UAE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts.

The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in baking and preparing pastries. They should possess excellent culinary skills and knowledge of baking techniques. The ideal candidate will also have an eye for presentation, as well as the ability to think outside of the box when creating new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of pastries, including cakes, tarts, mousses and pies;
• Creating beautiful presentations for cakes, cupcakes, gateaux and other desserts;
• Designing unique confectionary creations;
• Planning menus based on seasonal availability;
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen;
• Ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly;
• Controlling stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary;
• Working closely with the head chef to ensure successful completion of all orders.

Compensation & Application
