Qualifikationen

- Schedule appointments for courses, personal training and meetings.
- Process feedback and complaints and communicate them appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house areas.
- Assist with other center service responsibilities to uphold the center's commitment to quality.
- Acknowledge all individuals on departure, ensuring they had a pleasant visit.
- Experience: health club or fitness front desk 1 year (Required).
- License/Certification: Chauffeur's license (Preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver strong customer service.
