A reputable services company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator to manage the RMA function for damaged spares and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in IT spare components management and be responsible for coordinating the handling and ordering of replacements. This role is critical to maintaining spares availability for our Warranty and Workshop clients.
Return Merchandise Authorization Coordinator (RMA) handles the RMA function for damaged spares and equipment through suppliers. Keeps records of all RMA purchases for warranty cases and audits. Expedites the handling and ordering of spares requiring replacement of malfunctioning components or tools for Warranty, AMC, and Workshop customers.
