  • Fill the space record noting status and time cleaned.
  • Report any unusual occurrences and lost & found items.
  • Restock the trolley for the next day.
  • Clean and store cleansing tools properly.
  • Organize pantry stocks neatly.

Responsibilities
  • To gather and authorize the Floor Opener and Space Report from the Housekeeping office and return them at the end of the change.
  • To cleanse each guest space and bathroom extensively. Make the necessary plans in visitor rooms and renew visitor materials.
  • To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Group Leader for action and follow-up.
  • To provide a Transform Down solution according to the standard needed by the resort.
  • To take care of guest requests and questions promptly during duty.
  • To fill the space record appropriately noting the space status and the time cleaned.
  • To report to the Team Leader any uncommon occurrences, grievances, unauthorized individuals in guest rooms, missing or damaged hotel buildings, and lost & found items.
  • To restock the trolley for the next day.
  • To clean and store cleansing tools in their proper place.
  • To pile all stocks in pantry neatly.
