Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members and visitors; provide information on programs, activities and services.
• Greet each user by name as they enter and leave the facility.
• Check-in all customers using the center's system; ensure only authorized individuals access the center.
• Answer phones and manage calls to meet caller needs.
• Schedule appointments for courses, personal training and meetings.
• Process feedback and complaints and communicate them appropriately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house areas.
• Assist with other center service responsibilities to uphold the center's commitment to quality.
• Acknowledge all individuals on departure, ensuring they had a pleasant visit.

Qualifications
