The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hotel management and be fluent in English plus either Arabic, Russian, or Spanish. - Representation of the Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager.
- Development and introduction of standards at the front office area.
- Check‑in/out and individual greeting and farewell of our guests.
- Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience.
- Professional presentation of our hotel through active guest contact.
- Advising guests on location, facilities and services offered.
- Ensuring quality standards.
