Monitors departmental budget, economic performance, and aligns operations with hotel financial goals.
Participates in staff development, identifies high-potential employees, encourages team engagement, and promotes wellness programs and company values.
Implements brand standards, personalizes guest experiences, manages incidents, and works to exceed customer expectations.
Familiar with evacuation plans, work safety procedures, and occupational health responsibilities, ensuring compliance within the team.
