Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in the UAE is seeking an HVAC Team Leader to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of HVAC systems for sterile environments. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years' experience in HVAC systems, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and leadership in sterile manufacturing. The role includes managing a team and ensuring environmental controls across cleanrooms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical HVAC systems.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role focused on sterile/Aseptic manufacturing.
• Expertise in managing cleanroom environments (Grade A to D).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensure environmental control and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for sterile HVAC systems.
