Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technical to manage the hiring for Civil, Fixed Network, AML, and Fraud Analyst positions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in recruitment within the UAE, strong technical recruitment exposure, and excellent market knowledge. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technical to manage end-to-end hiring for Civil, Fixed Network, AML, and Fraud Analyst positions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment exposure, excellent market knowledge, and solid connections with recruitment agencies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full recruitment lifecycle for Civil, Fixed Network, AML, and Fraud Analyst roles
  • Handle bulk and specialized hiring across technical and compliance domains
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Dubai
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per project needs
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in the UAE
  • Proven experience hiring for Civil, Telecom Fixed Network, AML, or Fraud Analyst roles
  • Strong network with recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
