This is the kind of role that puts you at the heart of the luxury design world in Dubai. You’ll be working directly with the founders of a boutique interior design studio, helping them grow their brand, build strategic relationships, and position the business to win high-value residential projects across the region and internationally. It’s a design-led studio with real credibility, designing luxury through being thoughtful and detail-obsessed. Your job is to help the right people discover the studio and make sure it’s top of mind when the next major opportunity arises. This isn’t a rigid corporate BD role, it’s about creating visibility, opening doors, telling stories that stick, and working closely with the leadership team to shape what comes next. What’s in it for you: • A seat at the table with a respected, design-first leadership team • Autonomy to build and execute your own BD and marketing strategy • Exposure to top-tier private clients, collaborators, and developers • A chance to be part of a small but growing studio where your input carries real weight • A visible role with clear career progression into a Head of Growth or Director-level position
We’re looking for someone who’s commercially switched-on, brand aware, and understands the value of design. You’ll probably have a background in business development or marketing in the interiors, architecture, or luxury space – but more than anything, you’ll have the confidence and emotional intelligence to represent a high-end brand with credibility. You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Know how to network without selling – you open doors, create interest, and build trust • Are comfortable running marketing activity and shaping how a studio presents itself • Can take ownership of your remit but work closely with senior leaders • Have great written and verbal communication skills – especially when it comes to crafting proposals or managing press and content • Understand the nuance of luxury, tone, presentation, discretion, and detail
