Job Title : Logistics Supervisor Outbound
Job summary
A regional HR services company is seeking an experienced logistics manager for their operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in logistics, preferably from a manufacturing background, and possess a working knowledge of SAP systems. Responsibilities include managing outbound department KPIs, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth operations by adhering to SOP and SLA standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, preferably from a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the outbound department KPI and Reports.
- Manage and balance workload of outbound department.
- Supervise team members and their assigned duties.
- Manage SOP and SLA in place for smooth operation.

Bachelors Degree must, Masters preferred
7+ years of experience in logistics preferably from manufacturing environment
