Overview of the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Dubai. This mid-management role focuses on steering the accounting and financial processes of Trading Enterprises business, ensuring quality financial management, and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  1. Carry out regular reviews of trial balances and related schedules, identifying key accounting and process issues.
  2. Monitor the monthly closing of books and ensure the recognition of robust financials within group timelines.
  3. Drive continuous improvement in monthly closing activities and identify process improvement opportunities.
  4. Support the balance sheet preparation and loading process during forecasts and budgets.
  5. Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to ensure business performance aligns with budgets and forecasts.
  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and branch management in planning and reviewing the budget and forecast processes.
  7. Prepare various financial reports and analyses for management.
  8. Oversee sales accounting and cash control, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills to Be Successful
  1. A qualification in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  2. 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  4. Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills.

The team is committed to delivering accurate financial reports and analyses, supporting business performance management, and driving continuous improvement.
