Brief Job Description
The position requires you to support the sales activities and contribute to improve the sales process. The main responsibilities of this role are sales support, CRM (OSC) management and sales performance reporting.
As an integral part of the Sales Organization, you will be required to engage with your sales colleagues, Application Engineers, Project managers, Legal and Finance department heads.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each
(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role)
- Daily update on Oracle Sales Cloud (quotation vs. OSC registered details).
- Preparing of Weekly and Monthly Sales report extracted from Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Preparing of draft for PO acknowledgment (complete with Project name, PO ref. numbers, Project values, etc.)
- Assisting in arranging of Prequalification / Technical Submittal (Test Cert., BOQ from Quotation, etc.)
- Assisting in filing job (quotations, test certificates- both soft and hard copies).
- Become fully conversant with products and the Vertiv sales process.
- Continue improvement initiatives on the process.
Order Processing
- Once customer PO is received, collect all information and relevant documentations for the customer's order and your associated quotation.
- Ensure each order is in line with the Vertiv sales order process.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
- Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues.
- Previous experience within a client / team co-ordination role.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly skilled in using Configure One (C1) and Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel.
- Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function.
- Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member
- Customer orientated.
- Language Skills : English.
