A leading tax consultancy firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced tax expert to oversee tax strategies and ensure compliance with international regulations. The role involves advising on tax structures, managing relationships with tax authorities, and preparing tax returns in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in tax management and advisory services.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing tax strategies and compliance with international tax regulations.
- Ability to manage relationships with tax authorities and external consultants.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing policies and tax obligations.
Responsabilités
- Oversee the organization's tax strategies and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for local and regional tax matters.
- Develop and prepare defendable transfer pricing policies.
- Stand-alone expert position, not expected to build-up team anytime soon
- Reporting to CFO
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- Responsible for overseeing the organization's tax strategies and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for local and regional tax matters. Provide essential support and manage relationships with external tax authorities and consultants. Offer internal tax advisory services and assist with business operations across all countries operated by the Group
- Identification and management of all tax risks and ensure that all tax-related obligations are met efficiently and accurately
- Develop defendable transfer pricing policies and models. Prepare the local and master transfer pricing files
- Advising on the most efficient tax structures from the Group and its Shareholder perspective
- Preparing and submitting all the tax returns in UAE
- Reviewing all the tax returns prepared for the Group by the external advisors
