Job summary
A leading project management firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Senior Cost Manager. You will be responsible for delivering cost management services for MEP projects, including estimating, planning, and cost reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the MEP supply chain and offers the opportunity to lead a cost management team across various projects.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering high quality cost management services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
- Estimate and plan costs, presenting final plans to clients.
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control.
