Job summary
A leading digital company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for managing business client accounts across various sectors. The role requires strong multitasking and agile problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing client deliverables, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities. A proven background in agency experience and managing multiple client relationships is essential for success in this dynamic position.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Travel Retail, FMCG, Telco, and Banking sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client account deliverables including communications and data analysis.
- Identify and support account growth opportunities through strategic insights and proposal writing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on products and new innovations.
