  • Develop and manage project schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate inputs from technical specialists, reviewers, authorities, and wider stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables are issued on time, aligned with client expectations, and supported by clear audit trails and approvals.
  • Manage change control, scope clarifications, and programme risks in collaboration with the client.

Technical Oversight & Regulatory Knowledge

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of key standards and regulations, including:
    • Abu Dhabi Electrical Wiring Regulations (AD EWR)
    • BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations – 18th Edition and amendments)
    • DEWA regulations and standards
    • IEC standards and international benchmarks
  • Support the interpretation, comparison, and alignment of regional and international standards where required.
  • Ensure technical discussions remain focused, accurate, and appropriate for senior stakeholders and non‑technical audiences.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary client‑facing lead, representing GHD in meetings, workshops, and formal presentations.
  • Plan and lead stakeholder workshops, technical review sessions, and consultation meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations to senior client representatives and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with regulatory authorities, industry representatives, and client teams.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and ensure it is tracked, addressed, and incorporated appropriately.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare high‑quality project reports, briefing notes, executive summaries, and presentation materials.
  • Translate complex technical and regulatory matters into clear, concise, and well‑structured communications.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the client, including risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with GHD's quality management systems and project governance frameworks.
  • Support internal and external reviews, audits, and approvals as required.
  • Maintain clear documentation, version control, and decision logs throughout the programme lifecycle.
Skills & Experience

  • Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills, including preparation of reports, guidance documents, and presentations.
