Our client an international iGaming project with strong financial backing building a world‑class Live Dealer studio from the ground up is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Live Studio.

Location: Dubai UAE (relocation package included)

Responsibilities

• Design launch and scale Live Studio operations from scratch.
• Recruit and lead global teams (dealers management production IT).
• Develop and launch a portfolio of live dealer games (Roulette Blackjack game shows etc.).
• Implement compliance security and world‑class operational standards.
• Manage budgets KPIs and long‑term growth strategy.

Requirements

• 5 years of senior management in Live Dealer studios (Evolution Pragmatic Ezugi etc.).
• Proven experience in launching or scaling large‑scale live studios.
• Leadership of 100 staff.
• Strategic hands‑on leadership style.
• Fluent English.
