Job summary
A leading facilities management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Facilities - Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in facilities maintenance, GCC experience, and a background in 5-star hospitality. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks and leading a team. A strong command of spoken English is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in trades related to Facilities Maintenance.
- 2+ years of GCC experience.
- Experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Pre-opening experience is an asset.
- Proven team leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks with no supervision.
- Sustain property aspects in adherence to maintenance procedures.
- Work as a supervisor when needed.
Skills

- Ability to complete assigned task with no supervision. Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 8 years and attended a trade school or upper education. Can work as a supervisor when needed.
- Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in trades associated with Facilities Maintenance - HVAC - Refrigeration / Electrical / Plumbing / Carpentry.
- Minimum 2+ years GCC experience.
- Experience in a 5 star Hospitality environment.
- Pre-opening experience is an asset.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Fluent spoken English.
