Job summary
A healthcare services provider in Dubai is seeking a proactive Medical Homecare Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of homecare services. The role requires overseeing scheduling, managing communication between healthcare providers and patients, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience in healthcare operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations coordination or management in healthcare, preferably homecare.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
