Description

The Inbound Network Design & Planning Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the inbound strategy across the fulfillment network, ensuring optimal inventory flow, capacity utilization and long-term network scalability. The role bridges Supply Chain Design, Capacity Planning and Operations Execution, driving network-wide efficiency through data-backed topology planning and scenario modeling. Also responsible to lead Operational planning cycles.

Key job responsibilities
  • Develop inbound network topology for different speed networks across MPs backwards from Cost to Serve.
  • Design and refine FC/IXD/DC BRS to support IB.
  • Lead inbound inputs into planning cycles.
  • Partner with Capacity Planning and Business teams to translate demand signals into network-level capacity and inbound plans.
  • Lead data-driven reviews and variance analysis to ensure inbound forecast and actuals are within defined guardrails.
  • Partner with Ops, Retail, SCOT, Finance, and Tech teams to design scalable inbound mechanisms.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
