Job summary

A regional airline in the UAE seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Planner to oversee aircraft maintenance inputs and develop detailed work plans. You will coordinate across shifts, monitor progress, conduct reviews, and ensure tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and has at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in project planning tools and reporting software is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using project planning tools like MS Project and maintenance software (AMOS preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in aircraft maintenance planning or production control.
• Able to analyze maintenance timelines and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Gantt charts and daily task schedules for maintenance events.
• Coordinate daily progress with BSMs and lead engineers.
• Ensure adherence to turnaround times and post-maintenance reporting.
