Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven customer service experience in a luxury setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills necessary.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new software.
  • Flexible schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to relocate to Qatar is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

  • Promote spa products and services.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about the spa’s services, products, promotions, and scheduling
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a tour of the facilities, explaining the different services offered and answering any questions they may have
  • Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring that they are booked for the correct services at the most convenient times
  • Check guests in and out of their appointments, keeping track of their service history and preferences
  • Process payments for services rendered, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times, stocking it with brochures, magazines, and other materials as needed
  • Assist the Spa Manager with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and tactful manner, escalating them to the Spa Manager as necessary
  • Promote the sale of spa products and services to guests, upselling when appropriate
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
