An educational institution in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an Assistant Phase Supervisor to provide pastoral assistance and manage student behavior. Responsibilities include maintaining high expectations for staff and students, ensuring a safe environment, and participating in relevant meetings. Candidates should hold a 4-Year Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of teaching or supervisory experience. This role is ideal for those familiar with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience or supervisory experience in a school setting.
- History in student management.
- Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC approval for UAE-based candidates.

Assistant Phase Supervisor
Job Recap: Provide pastoral assistance to the division and also handling the Pupils as well as Educators in terms of non-academic features. Offer on the ground comments to the Director on issues emerging from Trainees, Moms And Dads and Personnel.
- To establish high expectations for students as well as Educators actions, developing and also preserving a good standard of technique through well-- focused location tracking and with favorable and productive connections.
- To develop a safe setting which supports order in transitional areas (passages, rest areas, and so on) in which students really feel safe and positive.
- Join conferences set up at the Institution which connect to Curriculum as well as pastoral arrangements.
- To manage the regulations of light beam Creative Science Schools and the everyday regimen, as it associates to team and pupil safety as well as order, including going into all pupils\' lateness and absences prior to the end of the first period.
- 4-Year Bachelor's Level
- Minimum 2 years showing experience/ Supervisor Experience for School Trainee Monitoring history
- Excellent Interpersonal, company, planning and adhere to up abilities
- Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC authorization for UAE based prospects
