We are looking for a confident and motivated Social Media Executive to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of social media management experience (preferably in healthcare), strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Create content calendars that include hosting podcasts and launching events to bring community and thought leaders together at various venues and locations across the country.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, compliant content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers and industry professionals/partner influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and trends that impact social media marketing in the healthcare space.
