The ideal candidate will oversee the full customer relationship cycle, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and an exceptional customer experience from pre‑sale to post‑sale stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Implement customer engagement strategies to strengthen loyalty and brand experience.
  • Manage CRM data accuracy, reporting, and customer segmentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for vehicle allocation, transportation, delivery timelines, and registration processes.
  • Track shipment status and update customers proactively regarding order progress.
  • Resolve logistics‑related issues and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain departments to streamline internal processes.
  • Supervise CRM executives and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Generate performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance customer service operations.
  • Train staff on CRM tools, customer service standards, and communication protocols.
Requirements
