A leading cultural enterprise in Dubai is seeking an Advisory Projects - Operations Manager to oversee project management and budgets exceeding AED 3,000,000. Key responsibilities include enhancing project efficiency, managing diverse teams, and ensuring timely delivery of cultural programs. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with 5+ years of experience in a high-volume environment. Experience in the GCC region is preferred. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility during peak periods.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm. Weekends and overtime might be required during intense periods and / or during special projects and events.
