CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (BILINGUAL)
Job summary
A leading company in customer service is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4-5 years of relevant experience, and a background in IT customer service. Fluency in Arabic and English, as well as proficiency in MS Office, is essential. A UAE driving license is a plus.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Customer Service Coordination, preferably with Government and Corporate clients.
- Background in Technical / IT customer service is preferred.
- UAE Driving License is a plus.

Education
Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree

Background in Technical / IT customer service (Security Systems, ELV & Networking industry preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with ERP & CRM systems
Knowledge in :
- Quotation preparation
- Tender submission
- Maintenance Service Contracts management
Official correspondence
Well-organized, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality
UAE Driving License is a plus
