Role: Receptionist
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose
- Interact with customers/clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Attend to visitors and assist with their purpose of visit.
Key Accountabilities
These are the main responsibilities of this role
Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies personnel of visitor/appointment arrival; maintains security and tele communications system
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and the given instructions
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day and have all the front desk activities fully operational at the start of the business hours
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide information to callers over the telephone
- Respond to emails and correspondence related to their scope of work
- Monitors and update visitor’s records
- Perform basic bookkeeping and record filling
- Perform data entry
- To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions promptly.
- Confirms appointment and maintain event calendar
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Build a good rapport with all clients/visitors and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
- Monitors the office recycling facilities and schedule
Results Required
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Deal with all sections and branches with high cooperation.
- To take up more responsibilities and discharge them effectively and efficiently.
- Observes company policy and procedures
