Job description

The Senior Specialist, Client Management supports the inbound leads process and contributes to the organic growth of ADGM. Acting as a client nurturer, the Sr. Specialist ensures potential clients receive the necessary support to seamlessly transition into opportunities, helping improve conversion rates and engagement. The role is also responsible for profiling and mapping leads to relevant clusters to enhance data quality, ensure effective engagement, and maintain accurate reporting. This includes handling inbound queries across multiple channels, such as digital, walk-ins, referrals, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of converting inbound queries and leads from various sources (digital channels, walk-ins, referrals, events) into prospective leads and, ultimately, registered entities at ADGM
  • Act as a key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring they are promptly addressed, qualified, and routed effectively to the appropriate teams
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and care, supporting a seamless client journey from initial contact to onboarding
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and provide tailored information based on client needs
  • Support follow-up strategies for high-priority leads, ensuring needs are proactively addressed to maximize conversion rates
  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the inquiry and conversion process
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients to reinforce ADGM’s value proposition
  • Stay updated on ADGM’s cluster offerings and communicate them effectively to potential clients
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall client journey and client satisfaction
  • Profile and map leads and opportunities to relevant clusters to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversion activities in internal systems
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.) and highlight trends for improvement
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inquiry and lead management processes

Information Security related

  • Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions
  • Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the ADGM Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside ADGM

Education

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same field.
