Role: Receptionist

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose
  • Interact with customers/clients to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Attend to visitors and assist with their purpose of visit.
Key Accountabilities

These are the main responsibilities of this role

Responsibilities
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies personnel of visitor/appointment arrival; maintains security and tele communications system
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and the given instructions
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day and have all the front desk activities fully operational at the start of the business hours
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide information to callers over the telephone
  • Respond to emails and correspondence related to their scope of work
  • Monitors and update visitor’s records
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and record filling
  • Perform data entry
  • To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions promptly.
  • Confirms appointment and maintain event calendar
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Build a good rapport with all clients/visitors and resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
  • Monitors the office recycling facilities and schedule

  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Deal with all sections and branches with high cooperation.
  • To take up more responsibilities and discharge them effectively and efficiently.
  • Observes company policy and procedures
