We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Hospitality (UAE Experience Required)

Laya Developers is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of an upcoming internationally branded hotel project in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing hotel projects in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong technical background in construction, engineering, or project management
• Hands‑on experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Solid understanding of hotel‑specific requirements including MEP systems, back‑of‑house planning, brand standards, and authority approvals
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, quality, and on‑site execution from construction through handover
• Experience working with international hotel brands is a strong plus

Role Overview:

• Lead the project from construction through completion and handover
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and hotel operators
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and brand technical standards
• Monitor progress on site, manage risks, and resolve technical issues
