A manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage low skilled and semi-skilled workers, assist in production activities, and coordinate repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing knowledge, especially in HVAC systems, and experience supervising workers to meet production targets. Knowledge of CAD and CAMDUCT is advantageous. This role also includes preparing shift schedules and ensuring a safe working environment.

Knowledge on HVAC Duct, Dampers, Sound attenuators, and Louvres required.

Responsible for assisting Production Engineer in production activities.
Responsible for coordination for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Manufacturing knowledge and prior experience on HVAC Duct, Dampers, Sound attenuators, Louvres required.
Responsible to coordinate QC checks.
Responsible to ensure workers are working safely.
Responsible to coordinate with driver for deliveries.
Responsible for maintaining shift schedules and daily attendance reports.
Supervise workers to meet production targets and train new hires.
Do necessary checks to see machinery functions properly.
Report daily activities to Production Engineer.
Ensure shifts are sufficiently manned.
Prepare shift schedule and daily attendance reports.
Knowledge on CAD and CAMDUCT (Nesting programming) is added advantage.
