- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the insurance sector.
- Drive sales growth and achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- For Business Growth Executive (BDE)/Sales Executive (SE):
- Age: 22 to 25 years
- Experience: at least 2 years in sales
- Graduate in any discipline with a strong sales drive
- Minimum UAE sales experience: 1 to 2 years
- Excellent communication skills & outbound personality
- For Organization Development Supervisor (BDM):
- Age: 28 years and over
- Experience: minimum 5 years in sales
- Graduate in any discipline with sales aptitude
- Minimum UAE sales experience: 2 to 3 years
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Great communication abilities & outgoing character
- Arabic proficiency (an added advantage)
- General insurance experience (an added advantage)
