We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and established company, with a salary of 1600 per month. We are also open to considering foreign applicants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales team, leading the development of our sales strategy and driving our sales targets. You will take ownership of all sales activities, from customer acquisition to ongoing account management. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including coaching, training, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include developing relationships with key customers and suppliers, as well as providing accurate and timely reports on sales activity and results.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Sales Management role, or equivalent experience in sales or customer service roles. Proven success in developing and executing effective sales strategies, as well as excellent motivational skills and attention to detail, are required. A solid understanding of the marketplace is preferred, along with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
