Job summary
A global retail group in Dubai seeks a dedicated employee to manage daily operations in their café, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff support, and liaising with suppliers. Ideal candidates will have a High School Degree and 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, alongside strong communication and customer focus skills. Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations / Café in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different specialty drink items preparation is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to daily operations as per the standards set by the brand.
- Ensure orderliness, tidiness and smooth operation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and incidents in a positive manner.
- Place orders for needed items by liaising with the supplier.
- Complete weekly inventory of the bar utensils.
