Overview of the role
The Senior Manager of Blue Innovation & Engagement - Automotive will be the main driver to ensure the Automotive division and its customer journey become an integral part of the Blue Lifestyle App value proposition. This role involves strategizing, planning, and steering the execution of integrating key Automotive customer journeys with Blue in a meaningful way. The job holder will ensure systematic utilization of the Blue Lifestyle App for product launches, marketing, and CRM campaigns, as well as a loyalty approach based on compliant data and analytics outputs.

What you will do

1. Co-develop a full governance approach with the Automotive Customer Centricity and Blue Core Teams around key elements of the Automotive and Blue collaboration, such as product development, advertising activities, targeted campaigns, and data & analytics initiatives.
2. Develop and execute product strategies to create value-adding functionalities in the Blue Lifestyle App supporting the Automotive Customer Journey.
3. Coordinate advertising activities of Automotive Brands around events, product launches, and tactical campaigns on Blue, ensuring smooth customer journeys from impression through to form submission or offer redemption.
4. Ideate and support the planning of targeted, data-driven Automotive Campaigns on Blue to create relevant customer experiences and drive incremental business.
5. Collaborate with the Auto Data and CRM Teams to ensure relevant lifestyle and behavioral data from Blue are used to generate incremental business from Automotive CRM Campaigns in a compliant way.
6. Provide regular updates to the Senior Leadership Team on Blue Transformation Projects activities to ensure full alignment, request support, and receive critical decisions.

Required skills to be successful

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Product Management.
2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, and/or CRM. A track record in Product Management of a Lifestyle/Loyalty App and/or an Automotive Retail background is preferred.
3. Creative and innovative thinker with a strategic and problem-solving perspective.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

You will be working closely with the Automotive Customer Centricity/Marketing Teams (Digital Product, Marketing Communications, CRM, Data/Analytics & PR) and the Blue Core Teams (Product, Data/Analytics, Marketing, CRM) to ensure the successful integration of key Automotive customer journeys with Blue.
