Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate product listings across Jumbo.ae, Amazon & Noon.
• Maintain high-quality product content, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and drive performance optimization.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment using Vinculum OMS.
• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for smooth order dispatch.
• Update product pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Track inventory levels to avoid overselling or stockouts.
• Work closely with Customer Service to resolve product/order issues.
• Assist in planning & executing promotions, offers & discounts.
• Ensure accurate categorization for improved discoverability.
