Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge Nurse or in a nursing leadership role.
• Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading); Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff.
• Oversee daily clinical activities and provide mentorship.
