A Site Installer specializing in metal works is responsible for the on-site installation, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and components. This role involves working at various construction or project sites, ensuring that metal installations are completed accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Site installers work with a range of metal materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and may be involved in projects such as building frameworks, staircases, railings, and other structural elements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Assembly:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape metal components on-site as needed.
• Assemble and install metal structures, such as frameworks, staircases, railings, and other architectural elements.
• Use hand and power tools, as well as welding equipment, to complete installations.
• Inspect installed metal structures to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and correct any defects or issues in the installation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the work area is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
