Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced multitechnician who will be responsible for managing and overseeing repairs in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repairs and experience in managing a team. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for optimizing the facilitys functionality comfort and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance requests
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work accordingly.
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Has a solid understanding of spare parts and their supplier.
• Work closely with Operations Automation and Supply chain teams to enable fast of assets/ spare parts procurement decisions.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Supervise the projects and all maintenance activities.
• Plan and track the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Knowledge of machine life and when to replace machinery.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

• Must have had at least 3 years of experience as a kitchen technician or similar position.
• Must be currently residing in Dubai.

Knowledge and competency

• Familiar with plumbing concepts.
• Focuses on increasing productivity through introducing smart equipment to decrease manual work.
• Experience with maintaining electrical concepts such as wiring cables breakers and walkin chillers.
• Solid HVAC civil mechanical and electrical working knowledge.
